529 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 529 platform. By registering for or using this platform, you agree to comply with all provisions stated herein. Please read carefully before engaging in any activity on our platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using the 529 platform in any capacity, you hereby accept and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision contained in this document, you are required to discontinue use of the platform immediately.
To use the 529 platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the legal age applicable in your jurisdiction;
- Register as a member with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
- Not represent any third party or use an account belonging to someone else;
- Not use the platform for any purpose that is contrary to applicable laws or regulations.
529 reserves the right to decline registration or terminate the membership of any user found to not meet these eligibility requirements, without prior notice.
2 Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only on the 529 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any remaining balance.
You are solely responsible for:
- The confidentiality of your username and account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone;
- All activity that occurs within your account, whether authorised by you or not;
- Ensure that all registered personal information is accurate, including your full name, phone number, and bank details;
- Notify the 529 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation.
529 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure. Users are also required to keep their account information up to date to facilitate identity verification during withdrawal transactions.
3 Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy
All transactions on the 529 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly; users must ensure all deposits are made in MYR only.
Deposit
529 supports a range of local deposit methods including Boost, GrabPay, FPX, and bank transfers to major Malaysian banks. Deposits are typically credited within minutes of a successful transaction. Any delays caused by third-party banking systems are beyond the control of the 529 platform.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Users must ensure that the bank account name registered with 529 exactly matches the name on their bank records. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or mismatched accounts are strictly prohibited and will be automatically rejected.
Limits & Verification
529 reserves the right to set varying daily or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits based on a user's account verification level and VIP status. In certain cases, 529 may request additional identity verification documents before approving a transaction, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements.
4 Platform Usage Rules & Liability Limits
Users of the 529 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised technical means to access or interact with the platform;
- Coordinating accounts with other parties to exploit the bonus or promotions system;
- Conducting transactions using funds derived from illegal activities;
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 529 platform to others;
- Engaging in any action that could compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the platform.
With respect to liability limits, the 529 platform will not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses due to temporary technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or actions by third parties beyond our control.
529 strives to keep the platform running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions at all times, and we are not liable for any losses incurred during previously announced maintenance periods.
5 Account Suspension Policy, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
529 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if the user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of confirmed fraud or serious breach, 529 reserves the right to forfeit all credit balances in the affected account. Users whose accounts have been closed due to a violation are not permitted to re-register using different information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 529 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, brand names, and software code — is the exclusive property of 529 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 529.
Third-Party Links
The 529 platform may contain references to third-party services. 529 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
529 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via the platform. Continued use of the platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the relevant legal procedures in Malaysia.
